So the cream caramel biscuit pie is the best recipe for your chilling in the hot days. your family will clean up their dished from the delicious flavor of the cream caramel biscuit pie. Even your children cannot resist the strong taste of the caramel mixed with crunchy biscuits crust.
The best part of preparing this recipe is that it is super easy recipe, with ingredients that exist in every kitchen. With no hard or complicated directions you will have a mixture of crunchy biscuits and the strong taste of cream caramel with each bite you have.
All you need is milk, biscuits, butter and ready cream caramel pockets. The reason I use the ready cream caramel in this recipe is to make the recipe easier and more reachable for every mother, wife or daughter to bake such a recipes in a short of time.

Lets prepare our delicious recipe:
I prefer to start preparing my cream caramel mixture at the beginning, so it will have the time to cool down before pouring it over the biscuits crust. The cool cream caramel mixture will not allow the heat to melt the biscuit when you add it over the biscuits crust.
Then bring all tea biscuits and crack it down into small pieces. The add your melted butter over the tea biscuits crumbs. Then with your tender hands mix the biscuits crumbs with the butter till it mixed well together. you can use your kitchen machine or blender to mix the biscuits and the butter together .
Then press the mixture with your hands into the bottom of your baking tray. you have to press the biscuits crumbs very well so it will make a good pie crust mixed together. Then put the biscuits crust into the oven till its color turns into golden brown. This will take about 10 to 13 minutes. Be carful while you baking the biscuits in the oven so it will not burnt out. If you start smelling the biscuits smell of baking you can get the biscuits out of the oven so it will not burnt out.
After backing the biscuits crust, you have to add your cream caramel mixture over it. In the same backing tray add the cream caramel mixture. Then put the whole Cream Carmel Biscuit Pie into the refrigerator for at least one hour. The more you put your pie into the refrigerator the better it taste. So if you are not in a hurry give it more time in the refrigerator.
How to Serve it?
Cream Carmel Biscuit Pie is served cold. Take the tray out of the refrigerator, then add the Caramel sauce over the top of Cream Carmel Biscuit Pie. Slice the pie into pieces and serve it when it is cold.

Serving: 8 persons
- 150 gram biscuits – Tea biscuits
- 1 Liter milk – 4 cup milk
- 2 pocket ready cream caramel
- 4 table spoons Butter.
Prepare Creme Caramel Filling:
- In a medium pot add 1 liter of milk and heat it.
- Add the two pockets of ready cream caramel powder onto the milk pot. Leave the caramel sauce aside.
- keep stirring the cream caramel powder and the hot milk for 3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oventop and let it cool while you are preparing the biscuit rust
Prepare Biscuits Crust:
- Preheat your oven before you start preparing the biscuits crust.
- Break your biscuits into small pieces.
- Add 4 table spoons of melted butter over the biscuit, and mix them well till the biscuit and butter are mixed together.
- The biscuit have to turn into a very small pieces.
- Add the biscuit and butter mixture into a baking tray.
- Press the crumb mixture onto the baking tray.
- Bake the crust until it turns into golden brown. It takes about 10 to 13 minutes.
- Cool the tray.
When the biscuit crust is cool down add your cream caramel mixture that you cooked earlier. Most probably it becomes cool while you finish your biscuit crust. Then add the mixture in the refrigerator and leave it for at least one hour.
When the cream mixture is cooled in the refrigerator and becomes more solid, add your caramel sauce over the top of your delicious cream caramel biscuit pie.
