How to Make the Best Apple Salad Recipe.

Here we are talking about new kind of salads that have apples within it. The taste of the apple and the veggies mixed together to give you a strong taste.

For me apple salad always my best choice as an appetiser, because of its strong taste that it contains. It also have a very high vitamine within it for a positive vibes along the day.

I recommended have this delicious salad besides Tortilla with Egg and Corn. And apple salads can be a great complementary to Mozzarella thyme Toast.

NOTES FOR PEOPLE ON DIET PLANS:

Salads is always known by its big role that it plays in the diet plans. And apple salads is not different from any other types of salads to have in your diet plan. Apple salads have a different varieties of vitamins , so it will be a great choice for a diet plan.

Recipe

Time: 3 minutes

Level: Easy.

Serving: 2 persons.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tomato.
  • 1 large red apple.
  • 1 green pepper.
  • Parsley.

Species:

  • 1/2 tbsp Apple cider.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1/2 tbsp lime (lemon sauce)
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Chili flakes.

Direction:

  • Gather all the veggies and the red apple and wash them all
  • Don’t peel the red apple as we will add it as it is.
  • Cut all the veggies and the red apple into a small piece.
  • Put all the ingredients in a deep dish and mix them together.
  • Then add the salad sauce and stir them till all mixed well together .
  • Garnish with parsley.

How to make the salad sauce ?

  • Add all the ingredients of the sauce : Apple cider, olive oil, lime , Salt, Black pepper and Chili flakes into a separate dish.
  • Mix all the ingredients together till it mix well all together.
  • Then, add the sauce over the salad and mix it well.

Cook Note:

  • You can eat the salad without any species ( it depends on your taste at the end )
  • You are free to add what ever species you like
