Raw cauliflower turns into a reddish flavoured cauliflower for a best lunch recipe.
This is a recipe can be served for a full lunch recipe, or you can have it as a side dish with any protein meal. You can have it with Chicken Thyme and Garlic.

The cauliflower is tossed in a spicy milk mixture. Then leave it in the oven, till it turns into a golden cauliflower. You can eat golden flavoured cauliflower at this step, but if you do so you will not taste the perfect taste of the Roasted Cauliflower with Tomato Sauce, so do not deprive yourself from the best test ever.

Cook time: 45 minutes.
Serve: 6 persons.
- 1 Cauliflower head ( medium ).
- 1 tbsp flour.
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili flackes
- 1 tbsp salt.
- 3 tbsp tomato salsa.
- 1 tbsp paprika.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into medium pieces.
- Mix all the species with milk and flour in a separate dish, keep whisking it till all the ingredients are mixed well together .
- Preheat the oven on high heat, my oven maximum is 250c degree.
- Spread the mixture upon the cauliflower.
- Put the cauliflower into a baking tray.
- Put into the oven for 20 minutes .
- Mix tomato salsa, honey and paprika together.
- Glaze the cauliflower with the tomato salsa mixture .
- Put it again in the oven for more 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- You can eat the cauliflower when it turns to golden, but make sure to leave it more time in the oven till it is well cooked.
- It is better to tossed it with salsa and cook it again.
